They came to inspect my noisy door and pointed out several things that were on the verge of trapping me inside my garage! They gave me 3 quotes and I chose what was best for me and they were very efficient, professional, friendly and explained everything! Very nice young men!

The man who came to give me an estimate /fix the door was professional and well trained. HOWEVER, this company is out to make as much money off people as possible and they have a very well constructed pricing scheme designed to gouge you. As a senior widow living alone ,trying to survive on SS, and I know I paid way too much for the replacement of a broken spring. It gave me terrible anxiety as my car was stuck outside in 105 degree heat, he arrived late on a Friday afternoon, and I had no idea what else to do. I would not recommend this company unless you have nothing better to spend money on than a garage door repair that costs double what it should. I am very upset about it.
