Very nice rep. I called for the special to get three spring rollup garage doors adjusted and serviced as the add stated. I was told he couldn't adjust my springs. Only lubricate them. I usually do that myself on a regular basis. I definitely needed one door adjusted so it would open and close easier. Andreas then gave me a price to replace the springs. Outrageous! He stated the adjustments are for doors with electrical components. I told the person making the appointment what I needed. I was assured this appointment would cover that. NOT! Therefore I am not happy. I could have lubed everything myself and saved the cost of the service call and the time. It ended up as a sales call.

Garage door issues can feel especially stressful when they happen on a weekend or in the evening because it quickly becomes a safety and security concern.
