Ron Shinn did an excellent job repairing our garage door mechanism. He was very thorough and professional and detailed in every way. Definitely a five out of five stars. He also arrived a bit early, which was even better and was a good guy. I would recommend Ron and precision garage door service to everybody.

Called due to minor accident looking for a quote. Had an appointment time same day I called. Technician arrived on time. Friendly and knowledgeable. Explained my options and performed a full safety/operational check. Ended up replacing main spring and rollers as well as repairing the damage.

The man who came to give me an estimate /fix the door was professional and well trained. HOWEVER, this company is out to make as much money off people as possible and they have a very well constructed pricing scheme designed to gouge you. As a senior widow living alone ,trying to survive on SS, and I know I paid way too much for the replacement of a broken spring. It gave me terrible anxiety as my car was stuck outside in 105 degree heat, he arrived late on a Friday afternoon, and I had no idea what else to do. I would not recommend this company unless you have nothing better to spend money on than a garage door repair that costs double what it should. I am very upset about it.

Helped me out by replacing my broken door very quickly and with a great new insulated door. Price was reasonable and in line with other door companies, but the technician who estimated what was needed and the technicians who installed were awesome. Told me everything I needed to know and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job in just one week from the door breaking to total replacement with an up-to-code, up-to-date beautiful new door and system.
