Unexpected top flight response and service! Arrived home at 3:30 pm ,garage door res up two feet or so. Placed a call for service asap, wartime was very short, had appointment for repairs made for 4:30 to 8 pm same day. Repairman arrived at 5 pm+- a few moments, door was arc in service in 90 minutes or so. Great service, smiling technician, explained what the job would entail and price. What a rarity in today’s world. I highly recommend Precision door!

The man who came to give me an estimate /fix the door was professional and well trained. HOWEVER, this company is out to make as much money off people as possible and they have a very well constructed pricing scheme designed to gouge you. As a senior widow living alone ,trying to survive on SS, and I know I paid way too much for the replacement of a broken spring. It gave me terrible anxiety as my car was stuck outside in 105 degree heat, he arrived late on a Friday afternoon, and I had no idea what else to do. I would not recommend this company unless you have nothing better to spend money on than a garage door repair that costs double what it should. I am very upset about it.
